Refund Policy

For any return requests, please send a message with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receipt via our contact page.

Office hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Damaged & Faulty Items

- If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt using the email address above.  

- Include images of the faulty item and/or damaged packaging.  

- If the fault is verified (which may require you to return the item to us at your initial cost), we will replace the item within 10 working days at no additional cost.  

 

Please note:  

  - We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.  

  - Delivery damage is not covered unless the package is clearly signed for as “damaged” at the point of sale.
